Members of DISCO are dedicated to uncovering risk factors and potential pathogenic mechanisms of scoliosis. Based on these findings, they aim to develop more effective clinical diagnostic strategies and intervention methods.

2019 International Consortium for Spinal Genetics, Development, and Disease (ICSGDD)

The ICSGDD program, running from noon Sep 5th, until noon Sep 7th, will cover basic and clinical research in the following areas; embryology and basic spinal development, idiopathic scoliosis, congenital scoliosis, skeletal dysplasia and bone metabolic disorders. Invited talks will be given by world renowned researchers and clinicians.
